kk keep cool yea zhong yu......oh wells its really great yea... i clocked 11:26 for 2.4 running....yep record time for me :)....hee

anyway yea its been a journey from where i start till now..... and really thanx to the girls who cheered so much for me when i ran....its one of the reasons why i got to 11:26....13 seconds faster than the trial run :)

and of course S64 guys who has been supporting me too hee... and yea a very big thank you to Mr Gi too.....haha

so yea no extra BMT training...and all which is a super relieve.....now i kinda understand what is really Live for the moment.

understand the process of achieving a goal when u set it properly and really work towards it....oh man....

anyway all these comes at a price too....now ive got a injured knee cap....cant really straighten my knees...ouch...but yea who cares.... :) the joy is overwhelming...

oh maybe its bcos of the current excited state...my body temperature is running high too...but yea who cares too....
