eating chocolates......

well do you need knowledge to eat them? oh yes....its a culture......

firstly, the best temperature to eat the chocolate is at around 19 degree celcius. So get ready a cup of ice water.

drink down some of the ice water, let the temperature of the ice water regulate the temperature of your mouth to around the optimum temperature which is as stated earlier 19 degree celcius. after this, kindly place the piece of chocolate into your mouth.

close your eyes, let the chocolate melt slowly in your mouth, you are tasting the richness of the primary flavour of the chocolate. enjoy the moment.

after which, slowly chew the piece of chocolate for around 5-10 times, to release the secondary flavour of the chocolate....

then push the remaining up to the upper jaws and let the remaining chocolate melt untirely in your mouth.....

what you have just experienced is the unforgettable rich aroma and sweetness of the

chocolate.......

p.s: this trial goes best with dark chocolate...it serves to err....release stress...hmmm......
